The previous reviews here must be questioned; absolutely dreadful
Nothing… absolutely dreadful
No welcome experience; we approached an area that looked like the back side of a kitchen after standing for a few minutes at the parking not knowing where to go and people passing by without acknowledging our presence. We asked a certain lady who was munching on chips where the reception was and she just pointed a finger towards the direction of where to go; an unattended bar! They weren’t even expecting our booking. Didn’t get the room we requested for. The staff told us they are not the ones responsible for “booking.com” bookings so he didn’t know about our reservation and just gave us a room for the sake of it (a single room for a family of 3). Forget about hot water, the water completely ran out in the middle of showers. Let’s not even get started about wi-fi… Zero communication about breakfast; just told to go wait in a certain room that wasn’t setup or ready. Was raining in and we had to wipe our own furniture. Some lady appeared after half an hour of waiting; no greetings, no communication, nothing… just dropped three plates of bread and arrow roots and cups of tea and left the room. Had booked a 4 night stay but shortened and checked out immediately after breakfast. Shame on you!
